Attach a copy of CNIC
Students under 18 years are required to attach a copy of parents/guardian CNIC
Attach one passport-size photograph.
Internship/Volunteer ship request letter from institution (if applicable)
The application should be submitted at least three weeks before the proposed starting date.

Terms/Conditions

PEN rules and regulations will abide by all volunteers.
Regularity/Punctuality will be observed during the period.
Take care of their belongings and valuables, PEN shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.
PEN can terminate a Volunteer in case of any misconduct or in-discipline.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Organizational information of any kind will not be disclosed to anyone for any purpose. In case of any misconduct, the organizers reserve the right to take action.
A certificate will be given to those candidates who completed their duration satisfactorily.
No Stipend will be given to them.
Volunteers agree to hold harmless and indemnify.
